ORDERING & PAYMENT
Initial Order & Reorder Minimum: $200

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. For orders placed on this website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal at the time of checkout. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.


LEAD TIME
Our current turnaround time is 2 weeks after payment has been received, unless otherwise specified. For orders of 150 candles or more, please inquire about lead time as we may need additional time to process your order.

If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 2 weeks past date of order placement, our rush fee is 20% of the total order price.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Shipping for US orders $500+ & 5% off orders $1000+

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping or USPS Ground Shipping at buyer's preference. Additional shipping fees may apply. Upon shipment, the buyer will receive a tracking number.

Please note, Balenroma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. We do not assume responsibility for packages once they have been processed in the post office or carrier's portal.

Want to try it before you commit? We provide scent samples for free - just let us know your shipping address and we’ll get them in the mail for you!


GENERAL RETURN POLICY
At this time, we do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Balenroma within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. If a product does not perform as expected, we will accept exchanges on unused products. Reseller is responsible for the return of the unused products.

NOTE: Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

*NOTE: We do not allow any re-selling on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.

Whether you’re looking for a unique gift to celebrate a special event or to express appreciation towards clients and staff, we are pleased to offer reduced pricing on bulk orders of our products.
